Brightwood at Keystone, a new luxury mountain condominium community in the heart of Keystone, is officially sold out.

Developed by Midwest Development & Investment Corp. and Summit Homes Construction, the two-building project hit the market in 2023 and completed construction earlier this spring, ultimately generating $60 million in sales across the 54 residences.

“Brightwood has been a huge success, offering buyers resort living at a great price,” said Alan Marks, CEO of Midwest Development. “With ski season around the corner, our new Brightwood owners will be able to fully reap the benefits of living in Keystone.”

Brightwood’s one- to three-bedroom units were designed for resort living.

Located near the Snake River and overlooking the Mountain House Slopes, the development is steps from Keystone Lake, Keystone Tennis Center, hiking and biking trails, two golf courses and the paved Summit County recreation path. Ski slopes are less than a mile away via car or local shuttle service.

Brightwood’s key amenities include:

  • Heated underground parking with EV charging capabilities

  • Private ski lockers and individual locked storage units

  • Elevators

  • Access to facilities at the neighboring Keystone Lodge & Spa, including a pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna and fitness center

“We’re thrilled to have sold the final residence at Brightwood but are not surprised at the success because this community has everything going for it – great location, brilliant views and amazing amenities,” listing broker Dave Greenberg of Slifer Smith & Frampton said in a statement.
