- Oversees the New Development Sales + Consulting Division at Slifer Smith & Frampton.
- Provides the expertise and leadership necessary to bring success to development projects of all sizes through all challenges.
- Experienced with marketing and directing sales launches for new development projects for over 10 years.
- Develops personalized marketing plans, budgets, sales strategies, positioning, target market identification and overall account management for new development projects.
- Has directed over 21 Colorado new development projects producing $2B+ in sales volume.

Marketing Project Manager
- Over 20 years of deep-rooted experience growing up and living in Summit County, offering local knowledge and insight to drive the success of mountain market developments.
- Spearheaded marketing efforts that have generated nearly $1 Billion in sales volume for Front Range residential and development properties in 3 years, including 2 record-breaking sales in Boulder and Cherry Creek markets.
- DU Business graduate with a degree in Marketing and 7+ years of experience across sports, digital, and real estate sectors, bringing a multifaceted approach to marketing strategy.
- Oversees the management and execution of marketing plans from concept to close.

Creative Project Manager
- Over ten years of experience in creative strategy, brand development, copywriting and graphic design across real estate, outdoor and technology industries.
- Creates cohesive brand strategy behind each development bringing them to life in the eyes of the market, including: brand identity, websites, and sales materials.
- Works hand-in-hand with development team to implement an end-to-end marketing plan designed to delight prospects and close sales.
- Your development’s on-hand resource for all creative design needs.

CEO
- Over 20+ years experience selling high end real estate.
- Was a member of the Vail’s New Dawn Sales Team which encompassed the redevelopment of Lionshead and included the following properties: Arrabelle at Vail Square, Gore Creek Place and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail.
- Most recently Matt was the Listing Broker for The Lion, a 65 residence luxury condominium building in Lionshead.
- The sold dollar volume of these properties is in excess of $600 million.

Chief Marketing Officer
- Mastered every facet of the new development sales and marketing process over 24 years through her work on projects with many other successful developers.
- Spent nearly a decade working for a highly respected developer, giving her broad experience in real estate and a unique perspective on the needs of developers.
- Developed national and international experience over the past two decades, consulting on dozens of profitable new development projects to date from Costa Rica to Canada and Hawaii to Charleston, with many world-class locations in between.
- Continues to provide the expertise and leadership necessary to bring success to development projects of all sizes through all challenges.

Managing & Employing Broker
- Over 20+ years selling resort real estate and managing new development sales teams.
- Has successfully represented properties in Keystone, Copper Mountain, Winter Park and Snowmass, Colorado, Sun Valley, Idaho, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands and Napa, California.
- Currently oversees general brokerage activities and new development sales for Summit County and Steamboat Springs.
